A 48-inch 6-light island light from the Soriano collection, finished in matte black with heritage brass accents, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Soriano collection features a mixed metal hourglass shape with asymmetric flair, creating an attractive focal point. The matte black finish is accented by heritage brass details, and adjustable directional shades make this fixture both fashionable and functional. Made of steel, this modern billiard-inspired light adds a retro, period-inspired touch to any space.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 6-8 ft long, centered over the island for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms with a rectangular table, hung 30-36 inches above the table surface
- Open-concept living areas where a statement light defines the kitchen zone
- Billiard or game rooms needing focused directional light over a table
Not ideal for
- Small kitchens under 8 ft wide - the 48-inch length may overwhelm the space
- Low ceilings under 8 ft - the fixture hangs 11 inches tall plus rod length
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
How bright is it?
Uses six 60W medium-base bulbs (not included) for a total of up to 360W incandescent equivalent. Actual lumen output depends on bulbs chosen - with LED bulbs, expect 3000-4800 lumens, bright enough for task lighting over a large island or dining table.
Light color and feel
Dimmable with compatible dimmer (dimmer included). Bulb color temperature is your choice - warm white (2700-3000K) creates a cozy dining atmosphere, while cooler temperatures (3500-4000K) suit task-oriented kitchen islands. The adjustable shades let you direct light exactly where needed.
