Best for
- Bathroom vanities 48-60 inches wide, mounted 6-8 inches above the mirror
- Powder rooms needing a warm, inviting glow
- Bedrooms as a decorative wall sconce above a dresser
- Entryways and hallways for ambient accent lighting
- Game rooms or bars for a cozy, golden ambiance
Not ideal for
- Small vanities under 36 inches – the 11.5-inch height may overwhelm the space
- Spaces requiring bright, cool light – amber glass produces warm, subdued light
- Outdoor or damp locations – rated for dry locations only
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs used (not included). The fixture accepts two medium-base bulbs up to 100W each (incandescent equivalent). Using 60W equivalent LED bulbs, expect about 800 lumens total – similar to a standard 60W incandescent, ideal for ambient bathroom or accent lighting. The amber glass will warm and slightly reduce light output.
Light color and feel
The amber lava glass produces a rich golden glow, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. For best results, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. Dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch allow adjustable brightness.
