A 5-inch stem-hung mini pendant with a white opal glass shade, matte black and painted wood-look metal finish, for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
This Monterey mini pendant uses a classic white opal glass shade to deliver soft, even illumination with a timeless look. The matte black and painted wood-look metal frame adds rustic texture and modern contrast. Hardwired with adjustable stem sections, it blends easily into farmhouse, transitional, and contemporary interiors.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars where a single pendant adds task light
- Dining rooms and eat-in kitchens, hung in pairs or threes over a table
- Entryways and foyers with higher ceilings, using the included stem sections to set the drop
- Farmhouse and transitional spaces that mix black metal with wood tones
Not ideal for
- Low ceilings under 8 ft if you need a long drop - the included stems total up to 45 in of length
- Rooms where you want a large statement fixture - this is a compact 5 in wide mini pendant
- Damp or wet locations - rated for dry indoor use only
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. This fixture takes one 100W max medium-base LED bulb (not included), so a typical 100W-equivalent LED gives roughly 1600 lumens - enough for focused task light over a counter or a warm accent over a table.
Light color and feel
Light color is set by your bulb choice. With a warm white bulb (2700K-3000K), the white opal glass diffuses a soft, even glow that flatters wood and black metal interiors. A cooler bulb (4000K) gives a crisper, more modern feel. Dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 5 in wide x 12.5 in high, with a 3 lb weight. The fixture ships with 1-3 in, 1-6 in, and 3-12 in stem sections plus 8 ft of wire, so you can set the hanging height to suit ceilings from about 8 ft up. Best scaled for islands up to 6 ft and dining tables seating 4-6.
