A 2-light bath bar from Toltec's Capri collection, featuring brushed nickel finish and smoke bubble glass shades for a textured, moody look in bathrooms and powder rooms.
The Capri bath bar combines a smooth brushed nickel frame with 5.25-inch smoke bubble glass shades that add layered texture and soften the light for a relaxed ambiance. This contemporary design suits bathrooms leaning toward modern or moody themes, providing a subtle glow that enhances the space without being harsh.
Best for
- Bathroom vanities 30-48 inches wide, mounted horizontally above the mirror for diffused task lighting
- Powder rooms where a decorative, textured fixture adds visual interest
- Bedrooms as accent lighting above a dresser or vanity table
- Hallways and entryways where a soft, ambient light is desired
Not ideal for
- Damp or wet locations such as shower stalls or outdoor covered patios — this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Spaces requiring maximum brightness, as the smoke glass reduces light output compared to clear shades
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs installed (not included). The fixture accepts two medium-base bulbs up to 100W each (or equivalent LED). With two 60W equivalent LED bulbs, expect approximately 1200-1400 lumens total, slightly reduced by the smoke glass diffusion — suitable for ambient or accent lighting.
Light color and feel
The smoke bubble glass creates a soft, muted light that reduces glare. For a warm, cozy atmosphere, use 2700K-3000K bulbs. For task-oriented spaces, 3500K-4000K bulbs provide clearer light, though the smoke glass will still soften the output.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 8.25 inches deep and 9.25 inches high, with a backplate of 5 inches high by 7.75 inches wide. It projects modestly from the wall, making it suitable for bathrooms with limited wall space.
