A hand-blown glass pendant that brings soft, atmospheric light to kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Opalesce Pendant celebrates the craft of hand-blown glass. Its generously proportioned smoke-tinted shade creates bubbles around a softly illuminated center, producing a rich interplay of light, transparency, and form. The black brass finish over steel balances industrial geometry with an airy quality, making it a natural fit for modern and transitional interiors.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and dining rooms where a single statement pendant anchors the space
- Entryways and foyers with high ceilings, hung on the included 144-inch coax cord
- Bedrooms and living rooms that need a warm, dimmable accent light
- Damp locations such as covered porches and bathrooms, thanks to its CETL Damp rating
Not ideal for
- Sloped ceilings - this fixture is not compatible with sloped ceiling mounting
- Rooms where you need a primary light source - at 575 lumens it works best as accent or ambient light
- Spaces with very low ceilings if you want to use the full 144-inch hang length
How bright is it?
575 lumens - roughly comparable to a 40W incandescent bulb. It is ideal for accent and ambient lighting rather than as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. With a CRI of 90, colors render accurately, making it a good choice for dining areas and living spaces. It is dimmable with a TRIAC dimmer.
