A petite rechargeable table lamp with a brass orb silhouette, made for desks, nightstands, and side tables where cord-free light is the priority.
Micro-Orbiter brings the geometry of Robert Sonneman's original Orbiter collection down to tabletop scale. A slender steel stem rises to a spherical shade, creating a balanced dialogue between linear and round forms. The Modern Brass finish warms the look, and the integrated LED is powered by an internal battery, so you can move it from desk to dining table without hunting for an outlet.
Best for
- Bedside nightstands where a cord would be awkward or unsightly
- Home office desks and writing tables that need focused, warm task light
- Console tables and side tables in living rooms or hallways
- Renters and apartment dwellers who want designer lighting without wiring
- Restaurants, cafes, and hospitality settings that need portable ambient light
Not ideal for
- Rooms that need a primary light source - at 50 lumens this is an accent and task lamp, not a room light
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Anyone who wants a plug-in lamp with continuous power - this runs on its included battery
How bright is it?
50 lumens - a soft, focused pool of light, roughly comparable to a small accent bulb. It is designed for reading, working, or setting a mood on a surface, not for lighting an entire room.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a golden, incandescent-like tone that flatters skin tones and warm wood or brass interiors. CRI 90 renders colors accurately, which helps on a desk where you may be reading or reviewing materials. Brightness is adjusted with a touch dimmer on the lamp itself.
Sizing and fit
Overall 17.75 in wide x 8.5 in deep x 14.25 in high and 3 lbs. The compact footprint fits most nightstands, side tables, and desks. Because it is battery powered, no cord reach or outlet placement limits where it can sit.
