A 42-inch six-light linear chandelier with a thin black hoop and a thicker walnut-finished bar joined by burnished brass clips - tailored for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Icarus is as finely tailored as a suit: Lights are encircled by a thin black hoop that connects to a thicker, walnut-finished bar through clip details finished in burnished brass. It hangs from a rod system and suits transitional and modern interiors.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and long dining tables - the 42-inch length spans the space
- Rooms with 9 ft or higher ceilings, using the included downrods to set the height
- Transitional and modern spaces that want a tailored, architectural look
- Areas where you want linear ambient light with a candelabra feel
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Low ceilings under about 8 ft if you need the full 61.5-inch maximum drop
- Small nooks - the 42-inch length needs a long island or table
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. It uses six candelabra 60W bulbs (E12 base), so brightness depends on the bulbs you choose - with standard LED bulbs it provides comfortable ambient light over a kitchen island or dining table.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on your bulbs. The burnished brass and walnut finish gives a warm, tailored feel. Dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.
