The Savoy House Godfrey 7-light chandelier is a two-tone statement piece for dining rooms and foyers, pairing matte black with warm brass accents.
Three tiers of curving, slender arms hold streamlined modern bobeches and exposed bulbs, giving the Godfrey a sculptural, airy silhouette that feels contemporary without being cold. The matte black frame keeps it grounded while the warm brass accents add a touch of warmth. At 38 inches wide, it's a substantial fixture that anchors a room.
Best for
- Dining rooms 12x14 ft or larger, hung over a table 30-36 in above the surface
- Two-story foyers and entryways where the adjustable 36-84 in height can make an impact
- Open-concept living and dining spaces that need a central focal point
- Modern and transitional interiors with black or brass hardware
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 84 in drop
- Small powder rooms or closets where a 38 in width would overwhelm the space
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With seven 60W bulbs (not included), this chandelier provides ample ambient light for a dining room or foyer - it's designed as a primary light source, not an accent.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulbs you choose. With warm white bulbs (2700-3000K), it creates a soft, inviting glow that flatters wood tones and brass accents. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the mood from bright and functional to low and intimate.
