A 10-inch cord-hung pendant with an elongated white glass shade and warm brass hardware, sized for kitchen islands, dining nooks, and breakfast bars.
The Christos pendant keeps its silhouette simple and lets the tall white glass shade do the talking. A warm brass cap and canopy add a soft golden accent that suits modern farmhouse, transitional, and warm-toned kitchens. Because it hangs on a cord rather than a fixed rod, you can dial in the exact drop height for your ceiling and counter.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and peninsulas - hang one over a sink or a prep zone, or line up two or three over a longer counter
- Dining nooks and breakfast bars with ceilings 8 ft or higher
- Entryways and foyers where a slim, vertical pendant adds interest without blocking sightlines
- Bedrooms and reading corners used as a soft ambient accent
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this pendant carries a dry location rating only
- Rooms where you need a wide, high-output light source; this is a single-bulb accent pendant, not a primary room light
- Very low ceilings if you want the shade to hang well below the canopy
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one bulb up to 60 watts, which is roughly 800 lumens with a standard LED - enough to light a small island or dining table, but not a whole room on its own.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is set by your bulb, not the fixture. Pair it with a 2700K-3000K warm white LED for a soft, inviting glow in kitchens and dining rooms. The white glass shade diffuses the light and softens glare.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 10 in wide x 10 in deep x 17.5 in tall, with an adjustable hanging height from 17.5 in to 137.5 in. The 5.1 in canopy covers a standard junction box. A 120 in wire length gives plenty of slack for tall ceilings.
