A 20.5-inch outdoor post lantern for driveways, walkways, and garden posts, finished in earth black steel with clear beveled glass.
The Westover post lantern pairs clean lines with hand-riveted accents for a modern industrial look that reads architectural rather than fussy. The elongated rectangular steel frame in earth black opens up the clear beveled glass panels so the bulb stays visible and the light spreads wide. It's built for exterior posts and columns where you want a crisp silhouette by day and welcoming illumination by night.
Best for
- Driveway and walkway posts where you want a matched pair or row of lanterns
- Garden and landscape structures, including gate posts and columns
- Patio and porch post tops that need a weather-resistant, low-maintenance lantern
- Modern industrial and transitional exteriors in black, charcoal, or dark bronze palettes
Not ideal for
- Indoor use - this is an outdoor post lantern designed for exterior mounting
- Posts or columns narrower than the 7-inch square base footprint
- Anyone wanting a fully enclosed, glare-free look - the clear beveled glass leaves the bulb visible
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you install - the lantern takes one medium-base bulb up to 150W, and lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With a 150W-equivalent LED you get strong, welcoming light for a driveway or walkway; with a lower-output bulb it works as softer accent lighting along a path.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is set by the bulb, not the lantern, so you can choose warm white for a classic exterior glow or a cooler white for a crisper, more contemporary look. The clear beveled glass lets the bulb's full output through without filtering or diffusing it.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 7 in L x 7 in W x 20.5 in H, with a 6-inch cord. The 7-inch square footprint fits standard post and column tops, and the 20.5-inch height gives it presence without overwhelming a typical residential post. Item weight is 10.12 lbs.
