A traditional outdoor wall lantern for front porches and entryways, finished in matte white with clear water glass.
The Stonington collection pairs timeless lantern styling with enduring performance. Clear water glass panels add elegant texture while casting a warm, welcoming glow. Crafted from durable Coastal Armour composite material, this lantern is engineered to resist fading, corrosion, and harsh coastal conditions with marine-grade strength.
Best for
- Front porches and entryways, mounted beside the door for a welcoming glow
- Garages and side doors, where a single lantern adds safe, even light
- Coastal and traditional homes that need weather-resistant exterior lighting
- Covered patios and porches with a classic lantern silhouette
Not ideal for
- Indoor use - this fixture is designed for outdoor installation
- Very small spaces where a 17-inch-tall lantern would overwhelm the wall
- Modern or minimalist exteriors that call for a sleeker profile
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. This lantern accepts one 150W medium-base bulb, which can deliver roughly 2,400 lumens with a standard incandescent - enough for a welcoming porch light, not a floodlight. Use an LED equivalent for the same brightness at lower energy use.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by the bulb you install. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb gives a soft, golden tone that flatters wood, brick, and stone exteriors. The clear water glass adds sparkle and texture without hiding the bulb.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 11 in W x 12 in D x 17 in H, with a 6-inch cord. At 17 inches tall, it suits standard 8-10 ft exterior walls and pairs well with a single front door. Check clearance beside the door and any nearby trim before mounting.
