An 8-light chandelier with matte black metal shades and gold interiors, scaled for large dining rooms and grand foyers.
Lockery takes a traditional chandelier silhouette and updates it with a matte black finish and gold-lined metal shades. At 40 in wide, this is the larger of the two Lockery sizes - a statement piece for rooms with generous ceiling height. The gold interiors amplify and warm the light, while the steel frame keeps the look clean and modern.
Best for
- Dining rooms with 9-10 ft ceilings, hung over a 72-84 in table
- Two-story foyers and grand entryways
- Open-concept great rooms with vaulted ceilings
- Formal living rooms that need a large-scale centerpiece
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Standard 8 ft ceilings - the 40 in width and 35 in height need more vertical room
- Small dining nooks under 12 x 12 ft
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With eight 15W candelabra bulbs, expect generous ambient light for a large dining table or foyer. Use 60W-equivalent LED candelabra bulbs for maximum brightness.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on your bulbs. The gold interiors of the shades warm the light and reduce glare, so 2700K-3000K bulbs feel especially inviting. Dimmable with compatible bulbs and dimmer.
