A 16-inch flush mount ceiling light in bronze gold with a hammered texture and an etched glass shade painted white inside, made for bedrooms, hallways, and living rooms.
Grendelle keeps things quiet and refined. The bronze gold steel frame has a hammered texture that catches light and adds depth, while the etched glass shade - painted white on the inside - softens the glow so it reads even and warm rather than harsh. It is the kind of fixture that disappears into a well-designed room in the best way.
Best for
- Bedrooms and hallways where you want soft, even ambient light
- Living rooms and dining rooms with traditional or transitional decor
- Entryways and foyers with standard 8-9 ft ceilings
- Anyone upgrading from a plain white dome to something with texture and warmth
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Modern minimalist rooms where the hammered texture and bronze gold tone would feel too traditional
- Large open rooms where a single 16-inch flush mount will not cover the square footage
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With three 15W medium-base bulbs, expect moderate ambient light - enough for a bedroom, hallway, or small living room, especially with the white-painted glass shade helping to spread the glow.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulbs you choose. Warm white (2700K-3000K) bulbs will complement the bronze gold finish and keep the room feeling cozy; cooler bulbs will make the white interior of the shade read brighter and more neutral. Dimming is not listed in the source specs - verify bulb and switch compatibility before assuming it.
Sizing and fit
16 in L x 16 in W x 5 in H with a 15.75 in W x 15.75 in L canopy. The 5-inch height keeps it close to the ceiling, so it works in rooms with 8 ft ceilings and in hallways where headroom matters. At 16 inches across, it suits bedrooms, hallways, and small-to-medium living rooms.
