A two-light wall sconce with clear ribbed swirl glass shades and a bronze gold finish - made for bedrooms, hallways, and living spaces that need polished accent light.
The Curran collection pairs a slim steel backplate with ribbed swirl glass that softens and scatters the light. The bronze gold finish reads as a deep, warm metallic - less shiny than polished brass, more refined than antique gold. At 18.75 inches tall it reads as a vertical accent, and it can be mounted horizontally or vertically to suit the wall.
Best for
- Bedrooms, mounted on either side of a bed or dresser as reading and accent light
- Hallways and stairwells where a slim vertical sconce fits between doorways
- Living rooms flanking a fireplace, artwork, or console
- Bathrooms with a single vanity, where the sconce sits beside the mirror
Not ideal for
- Rooms where you need the primary light source - two 60W bulbs are accent-level, not room-filling
- Walls without a junction box or the ability to run wiring - this is a hardwired sconce
- Spaces where a wide, horizontal fixture is wanted - this is a tall, narrow design
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With two 60W candelabra-base bulbs (120W total), it provides accent and ambient light - enough to light a hallway or flank a bed, not enough to be the only light in a large room. Bulbs are not included.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulbs you choose. The clear ribbed swirl glass shades diffuse the light and add texture, so warm-white bulbs (2700K-3000K) will flatter the bronze gold finish and warm wood interiors. Dimmability depends on the bulbs and dimmer used; the fixture itself does not specify a dimmer rating.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 4.5 in W x 6.75 in D x 18.75 in H, with a 6-inch cord. The 6.75-inch depth means it projects a moderate distance from the wall - check clearance if mounting in a tight hallway. Item weight is 5.3 lbs.
