A 16-inch LED semi-flush mount ceiling light for bedrooms, hallways, and other low-ceiling spaces where you want a clean, modern halo of light.
The Cohen series from Quoizel strips lighting down to its essentials: A glowing ring of integrated LED light wrapped in an etched white acrylic shade, framed by a slim oil-rubbed bronze steel band. The result is a minimalist, almost floating look that suits contemporary and transitional interiors without shouting for attention. Because it sits close to the ceiling, it works well in rooms where a pendant or chandelier would hang too low.
Best for
- Bedrooms with standard 8-9 ft ceilings, mounted as the primary ceiling light
- Hallways and foyers where a low-profile fixture is needed for clearance
- Home offices, laundry rooms, and walk-in closets that need even, modern light
- Contemporary and transitional interiors with bronze, black, or warm wood accents
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Large rooms over 200 sq ft where a single 24W fixture won't provide enough light
- Vintage or farmhouse rooms that call for visible bulbs or ornate detailing
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer, but the integrated 24W LED is designed as a primary or secondary ceiling light for small to medium rooms - roughly comparable to a bright two-bulb fixture. It is not intended to light a large open-plan space on its own.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is not specified by the manufacturer. The etched white acrylic shade diffuses the LED into a soft, even glow with no visible hot spots. The fixture is dimmable, so you can tune the brightness to the room and time of day.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 15.75 in L x 15.75 in W x 10.25 in H, with a 5.00 in W x 1.75 in L canopy. The 10.25-inch height keeps it close to the ceiling, making it a good choice for rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings. At just 4 lbs, it is light enough for most standard ceiling boxes.
