A 14-inch matte black pendant with a capiz shell interior, made for kitchen islands, dining rooms, and entryways.
The Braylon pendant is a study in contrast: A grounded matte black steel shade outside, a shimmering capiz shell lining inside. The natural shell interior reflects light with warmth and texture, giving the fixture depth and a soft, inviting glow. It suits modern and contemporary kitchens that want a little character without going loud.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars - one or a row of two to three
- Dining rooms and breakfast nooks with 8-9 ft ceilings
- Entryways and foyers that need a warm focal point
- Modern, contemporary, and coastal-leaning interiors
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 8 ft cord
- Spaces that need a large statement fixture - this is a compact 14 in pendant
How bright is it?
Uses one 100W medium-base bulb (not included). Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose - a 100W-equivalent LED gives roughly 1600 lumens, enough to light a small island or dining table. The capiz shell lining softens and warms the light.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb you install. A 2700K-3000K bulb gives a warm, inviting glow that suits dining and kitchen spaces. Dimmable when paired with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer switch.
