Best for
- Front doorways and porches, mounted on either side of an entry for welcoming illumination
- Garages and side entries where a traditional lantern adds curb appeal
- Covered patios and outdoor living areas that need accent lighting
- Homes with traditional or transitional exteriors
Not ideal for
- Indoor use in damp or wet locations - this fixture is ETL listed for wet locations, so it's designed for outdoor exposure
- Very small spaces where a 19-inch tall lantern would overwhelm the architecture
How bright is it?
Uses two 15W candelabra bulbs (not included). Lumen output not specified by manufacturer, but this is intended for accent and ambient lighting, not as a primary light source.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulbs you choose. With warm white bulbs, it creates a soft, inviting glow that flatters entryways and outdoor seating areas. Dimmable when used with compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.
