A sculptural 4-light pendant with sweeping earth black bands and clear seedy glass shades, sized for dining rooms and entryways.
The Blacksmith pendant weaves strength and artistry into a single striking form. Sweeping steel bands in an earth black finish twist into a sculptural sphere, encircling clear seedy glass shades that shimmer like candlelight through rain-kissed windows. The earth black finish keeps the look grounded and timeless, while the seedy glass adds a subtle shimmer that feels at home in both classic and contemporary interiors.
Best for
- Dining rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings, hung over a 48-60 in table
- Entryways and foyers where the open silhouette can be appreciated from below
- Covered patios and porches that need a statement centerpiece
- Living rooms with vaulted ceilings and an industrial or transitional palette
Not ideal for
- Low ceilings under 8 ft - the 23 in height plus chain may hang too close to head height
- Small powder rooms or tight hallways where a 19.5 in diameter fixture would overwhelm the space
- Uncovered outdoor locations - this fixture is designed for indoor and covered outdoor use only
How bright is it?
Four 15W candelabra bulbs provide ample ambient light for a dining room or foyer. Exact lumen output depends on the bulbs you choose; with standard 15W candelabra LEDs expect roughly 400-650 lumens total, enough to light a table or entryway as a focal point rather than a whole-room light.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulbs installed. The clear seedy glass lets the bulb color show through, so warm white (2700K-3000K) bulbs will flatter the earth black finish and create a cozy, golden glow. Dimmable when paired with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
19.5 in L x 19.5 in W x 23 in H with a 4 in chain and 8 ft cord. The 5 in canopy fits standard junction boxes. Best in rooms with ceilings 8 ft or higher; in a dining room, hang the bottom of the fixture about 30-36 in above the table.
