A 16-inch directional ceiling fan from Matthews Fan Company, handcrafted in the USA with a chrome finish and mahogany blades, for covered patios and indoor rooms.
The Jarold Directional is a compact, high-gauge steel fan with a distinctive directional airflow design. Its chrome finish and rich mahogany blades bring an industrial-meets-natural look to smaller spaces, while the handmade construction ensures lasting quality. Rated for damp locations, it works both indoors and on covered outdoor areas.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches where a compact, damp-rated fan is needed
- Small bedrooms, offices, or nooks up to 100 sq ft
- Spaces with low ceilings, thanks to its 16-inch profile and optional downrod lengths
- Rooms needing directional airflow, such as over a desk or reading chair
- Indoor areas with a modern or industrial decor style
Not ideal for
- Large open-plan rooms over 150 sq ft - the 16-inch blade span is best for smaller areas
- Uncovered outdoor areas exposed to direct rain - rated for damp, not wet, locations
- Rooms where you need a light kit - this fan does not include one
How bright is it?
This ceiling fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is designed for air circulation, not illumination.
Light color and feel
No light is included, so there is no color temperature or CRI to describe. The fan's finish and blades set the visual tone: chrome for a cool, reflective look and mahogany for warmth.
