A 23-inch tall outdoor wall lantern for front entries, porches, and patio walls, finished in black with clear beveled glass.
The Westover brings classic carriage-house character to exterior walls. Its black finish and clear beveled glass panels frame three candle-style bulbs, so the light reads bright and welcoming rather than heavy. At just over 23 inches tall, it is sized for a single-door entry or a pair flanking a garage or patio door.
Best for
- Front entries and porches, mounted beside a single door or in pairs flanking a double door
- Garage walls and side entries where a taller lantern suits the architecture
- Covered patios and outdoor living walls that need warm, visible light
- Traditional and colonial-style homes with black hardware and trim
Not ideal for
- Low-clearance spots - at 23.25 in tall it needs open wall space above the mounting point
- Modern minimalist facades where a traditional lantern silhouette would feel out of place
- Areas where you want a wide wash of light - this is a directional accent lantern, not a floodlight
How bright is it?
Three 60W candelabra bulbs give this lantern plenty of presence at an entry - roughly comparable to a bright porch light. Lumen output depends on the bulbs you choose; the fixture itself is rated for 60W per socket. It is best used as entry or accent lighting rather than as the only light across a large yard.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulbs installed. Clear beveled glass lets the bulb show through, so a warm 2700K-3000K bulb keeps the traditional look soft and inviting, while a cooler bulb reads crisper and more modern. Dimmability depends on the bulbs and switch used; the fixture is not sold with a dimmer.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 23.25 in high x 13 in long x 12 in wide, with a 4.5 in W x 8 in H backplate. The 10-inch measurement from the top of the fixture to the mounting point helps you plan placement. It suits single-story entries and taller facades where a substantial lantern is appropriate.
