A 13-inch single-light pendant with a tapered black aluminum shade, perfect for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Cradle collection by Kuzco features minimalist tapered shades in powder-coated finishes. This pendant showcases a black exterior with a matte white interior that reflects light downward. Suspended by a cloth cable, it adds a modern industrial touch to any space.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung 30-36 inches above the counter
- Dining rooms over a 48-inch round or square table
- Entryways and foyers as a statement light
- Living rooms in a cluster over a coffee table or seating area
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft if you need a long drop - the pendant hangs 14 inches plus any additional chain
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used (not included). With a standard 60W incandescent bulb, expect about 800 lumens - suitable for task lighting over a table or island. For a warmer or dimmer effect, use a lower wattage or dimmable LED bulb.
Light color and feel
The matte white interior reflects light downward, creating a focused pool of light. Use a warm white bulb (2700K-3000K) for a cozy ambiance, or a cooler bulb for task-oriented spaces. Dimmable if paired with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer.
Sizing and fit
The shade is 13 inches in diameter and 14 inches tall. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter. Sloped ceiling adaptable, making it versatile for various ceiling types.
