A 14-inch 3-light semi-flush mount ceiling light in brushed nickel, ideal for entryways and hallways with standard 8-foot ceilings.
The Shailene collection by Kichler brings a clean transitional look to your home. This semi-flush mount features a brushed nickel finish that complements a wide range of decor styles. Its compact 14-inch diameter makes it a great fit for smaller spaces where a flush mount is too low but a chandelier is too large.
Best for
- Entryways and foyers up to 8x8 ft, providing ambient light
- Hallways 4-6 ft wide, centered for even illumination
- Bedrooms with 8-9 ft ceilings, as a primary overhead light
- Kitchens with a small breakfast nook or island
- Home offices needing general ambient light
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Spaces with ceilings under 7 ft - the fixture hangs 9.75 inches
- Large rooms over 12x12 ft as the sole light source - consider a larger fixture or additional lighting
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. This fixture accepts three 60W incandescent bulbs (not included) or equivalent LEDs. With three 60W-equivalent LED bulbs, you can expect around 2400 lumens - enough to light a small to medium room. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage bulbs.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by your bulb choice. For a warm, inviting feel similar to traditional incandescent, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. For a more neutral or cool light, select 3500K-4000K. The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 14 inches wide and 9.75 inches tall. It is designed for ceilings 8 ft or higher. The backplate is not specified but typically fits standard junction boxes. Assembly is required.
