A 12-inch wide, 1-light pendant from Kichler's Sayre collection, finished in Olde Bronze with a clear Fresnel lens, designed for focused task lighting in home offices and workspaces.
Inspired by historic lighthouse lenses, the Sayre pendant uses a Fresnel lens to create a controlled, focused beam. The wide, flat pendant features subtle ribbing for texture, and the Olde Bronze finish adds a rustic, industrial touch. Ideal for illuminating desks, workbenches, or reading areas.
Best for
- Home offices and workspaces, providing focused task light without glare
- Reading nooks or library tables, directing light exactly where needed
- Kitchen islands or peninsulas, hung low for task lighting
- Covered patios or porches - rated for damp locations
Not ideal for
- Large rooms requiring broad ambient light - this is a focused task light
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure (damp rated, not wet)
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft if using full chain length
How bright is it?
Uses one 75W A19 bulb (not included). With a standard 75W incandescent bulb, output is approximately 1100 lumens - bright enough for focused task lighting. For a softer glow, use a lower wattage or dimmable LED bulb.
Light color and feel
The Fresnel lens creates a focused, controlled beam with minimal glare. Light color depends on bulb choice; a 2700K-3000K LED bulb provides warm, inviting light. Dimmable with compatible bulb and dimmer.
