A 12-inch mini pendant from Kichler's Realta collection, finished in brushed nickel with satin etched glass, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Realta mini pendant combines sleek horizontal and geometric forms with a satin-etched cased opal glass shade, creating a soft, inviting glow. Its compact size makes a big impact with minimal effort, perfect for adding contemporary style to smaller spaces.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in multiples for task lighting over a prep zone
- Dining rooms with a 36-48 in round table, centered as a single accent light
- Breakfast nooks and small eat-in kitchens, providing ambient light without overwhelming the space
- Hallways and entryways, used as a series for a dramatic linear effect
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 36 in chain drop
- Primary room lighting in large living rooms or open-concept areas - consider a larger fixture
How bright is it?
50W halogen G9 bulb included - approximately 700-900 lumens, similar to a 60W incandescent. Suitable for accent or task lighting over a small area, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Halogen light at approximately 3000K warm white - a crisp, bright white with a slight warmth, similar to traditional incandescent. The satin etched glass diffuses the light evenly, reducing glare and creating a soft ambient glow. Not dimmable with standard incandescent dimmers; halogen dimmer recommended.
