A 40-inch 5-light round chandelier from Kichler's Pim collection, finished in Fox Gold with satin etched opal glass shades, perfect for dining rooms and living rooms with a mid-century modern aesthetic.
The Pim chandelier features a nostalgic mid-century modern design with a Fox Gold finish and rounded satin etched cased opal glass. This fixture adds a touch of retro elegance to contemporary and transitional interiors.
Best for
- Dining rooms with a table 48-60 in wide, hung 30-36 in above the table
- Living rooms and great rooms as a central statement piece
- Open-concept spaces with 8-10 ft ceilings
Not ideal for
- Low ceilings under 8 ft - the chandelier hangs down and may obstruct
- Kitchens with island - better suited for a linear pendant
How bright is it?
Uses six 50W G9 bulbs (not included) for a total of 300W halogen. Equivalent LED bulbs produce about 3000 lumens, providing ample ambient light for a dining room.
Light color and feel
Bulb-dependent; halogen bulbs produce a warm white light (around 3000K). Satin etched opal glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare.
