An 8-light large chandelier from Kichler's Malene collection, finished in black steel, designed as a centerpiece for dining rooms and living rooms.
The Malene chandelier is inspired by the graceful movement of rippling water, with soft sweeping arms and elegant stacked details. Includes two sets of candle sleeves (white for traditional, black for modern) for versatile styling. Sloped ceiling compatible.
Best for
- Dining rooms with tables 60-72 inches long, hung 30-36 inches above the table
- Living rooms and great rooms with 9-10 ft ceilings, as a focal point
- Entryways and foyers with two-story ceilings, making a dramatic statement
- Updated traditional or transitional interiors
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft - the chandelier is 25 inches tall plus chain
- Small rooms under 12x12 ft - the scale may overwhelm
How bright is it?
Accepts eight 60W candelabra bulbs (not included). With eight 60W incandescent bulbs, total output is approximately 4800 lumens - bright enough to illuminate a large dining room or living room. Using LED bulbs can reduce energy use while maintaining brightness.
Light color and feel
