A 10-inch 1-light wall sconce from Kichler's Farum collection, finished in black with champagne bronze accents and opal glass, ideal for hallways and bedrooms.
The Farum wall sconce combines a clean, refined frame with subtle stepped detailing and an opal glass shade that diffuses light beautifully. The black finish with champagne bronze accents adds a modern touch that complements a variety of decor styles.
Best for
- Hallways and corridors, mounted at eye level for ambient accent lighting
- Bedrooms, used as a reading sconce beside the bed or as a soft nightlight
- Living rooms and dens, paired in multiples for a cohesive wall lighting scheme
- Damp-rated bathrooms, placed away from direct water spray
Not ideal for
- Primary room lighting in large spaces over 12x12 ft - this is an accent fixture
- Outdoor uncovered areas - damp location rated, but not wet location
How bright is it?
Uses one 60W incandescent bulb (not included) - about 800 lumens max with a standard bulb, comparable to a traditional 60W lamp. Bright enough for accent or task lighting, but not for illuminating an entire room.
Light color and feel
The opal glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm ambiance. With a standard incandescent bulb (2700-3000K), the light is warm and inviting. Dimmable with a compatible dimmer switch for adjustable brightness.
