A 17-inch cone pendant from Kichler's Etcher collection, finished in black with a clear satin etched glass diffuser, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Etcher pendant takes its cue from a champagne bucket, with an elongated tapered silhouette and smooth steel exterior. Custom square chain links and riveted details at the top, bottom, and side give it a classic updated traditional look. The included etched glass diffuser softens the light for a beautiful glow without glare.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three
- Dining rooms over a 48-60 in table, centered above the table surface
- Entryways and foyers with 8-10 ft ceilings, hung as a single statement piece
- Breakfast nooks and eat-in kitchen areas, paired with a dimmer for adjustable ambiance
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Spaces with ceilings under 7 ft - the pendant hangs 17 in plus chain length
- Primary task lighting over a desk or reading area - consider a more directional fixture
How bright is it?
Uses one 75W E26 medium-base bulb (not included). With a standard 75W incandescent bulb, expect about 1100 lumens - bright enough for ambient and task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. Dimmable for lower levels.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb you choose. The clear satin etched glass diffuser softens the light, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting glow. Dimmable with a standard incandescent dimmer for full control.
