Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung 30-36 in above the counter
- Dining rooms over a small table or breakfast nook
- Entryways and hallways as a single accent light
- Open-concept spaces where a cluster of 3-5 pendants creates visual impact
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Spaces under 8 ft ceilings if you need the full 125 in hanging length
- Primary room lighting in large living rooms - consider a larger fixture or multiple pendants
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. This pendant accepts one 100W A19 bulb (not included). With a standard 60W incandescent bulb, expect about 800 lumens - suitable for task lighting over a kitchen island or ambient light in a dining nook. For brighter light, use a 100W equivalent LED bulb.
Light color and feel
The clear seeded glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare while allowing the bulb to be visible. The Olde Bronze finish adds a warm, traditional touch. For a warm ambiance, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 10 in wide by 9.25 in high, with a 5 in diameter backplate. The adjustable cording allows a maximum overall height of 125 in. Ideal for ceilings 8-10 ft high. For sloped ceilings, check compatibility with the included hardware.
