A 15-inch tall, two-light outdoor wall sconce that casts light both up and down, finished in brushed aluminum for covered patios and entryways.
This Kichler Wall Cylinder features a unique two-light design that shoots light both up and down your walls, creating a dramatic grazing effect. The brushed aluminum finish resists corrosion and complements contemporary architecture. Rated for damp locations, it's a reliable choice for covered outdoor areas.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, mounted flanking a door or along a wall for ambient and accent lighting
- Entryways with a covered overhang, providing welcoming up-and-down light
- Garage entries or mudrooms with damp-rated requirements
- Contemporary or modern homes where clean lines and indirect light are desired
Not ideal for
- Directly exposed outdoor areas without overhead cover (wet locations) - this sconce is damp-rated only
- Spaces requiring bright task lighting - the up/down design is primarily accent and ambient
How bright is it?
Each socket accepts up to a 120W BR40 bulb (not included). With two bulbs, total brightness depends on the bulbs you choose - typical BR40 bulbs range from 800-1500 lumens each, making this fixture suitable for ambient and accent lighting on a covered patio or entryway.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulbs you install. For a warm, inviting glow, choose 2700K-3000K LED BR40 bulbs. The up-and-down design creates a soft, indirect wash of light on the wall.
