How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With four medium-base sockets, you can install up to 60W equivalent LED bulbs per socket (240W total equivalent). Using 800-lumen LED bulbs per socket gives about 3200 lumens - bright enough for a primary bathroom light. Dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch let you adjust from bright task lighting to soft ambient glow.
Light color and feel
Choose your own Kelvin temperature by selecting bulbs. For a warm, relaxing bath, use 2700K-3000K bulbs. For task lighting at the mirror, 3000K-3500K is recommended. The open cone shades direct light downward and outward, reducing shadows on the face. CRI 90+ bulbs are recommended for accurate makeup application.
Sizing and fit
The fixture is 35 inches wide, 7.25 inches tall, and extends 8.5 inches from the wall. The backplate is 4.5 inches in diameter. Mounting center to top is 2.5 inches. Works best over a 48-60 inch vanity. For a 36-inch vanity, consider a smaller 24-inch version if available.
