A 7-inch globe semi-flush mount for bedrooms and hallways, finished in oil rubbed bronze with clear fluted glass.
The Preston semi-flush mount pairs a hand-blown globe shade with intricate fluting against a streamlined Arcadia frame in oil rubbed bronze. The balance of curves and clean lines gives it a timeless, industrial-modern look that suits both traditional and contemporary spaces.
Best for
- Bedrooms with 8-9 ft ceilings, mounted as a central ceiling light
- Hallways and entryways needing a compact, low-profile light
- Dining nooks and breakfast areas with a small footprint
- Covered porches and patios, as it is damp-rated
Not ideal for
- Large living rooms or open areas needing high light output
- Sloped ceilings, as it is not sloped-ceiling adaptable
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, despite damp rating
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer. Uses one 100W incandescent bulb (not included), which typically produces about 1600 lumens - enough for ambient lighting in a small to medium room.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb you choose. With a warm white LED or incandescent bulb, the clear glass shade casts a soft, inviting glow that flatters wood and bronze finishes. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 7"(L) x 7"(W) x 11.5"(H). The compact size makes it ideal for smaller rooms or low ceilings. Canopy is 4.88" diameter. Weighs 2.7 lbs.
