A compact semi-flush mount with a hand-blown clear glass globe and satin gold metal frame, ideal for hallways, entryways, and bedrooms.
The Preston collection pairs a classic fluted glass bulb with a slim, stylish Arcadia frame. The rounded silhouette and sleek design bring a warm, inviting ambiance to modern and transitional interiors. The satin gold finish and clear glass create a versatile look that complements a variety of decor styles.
Best for
- Hallways and entryways with 8-9 ft ceilings, providing ambient light without taking up visual space.
- Bedrooms as a soft, warm light source above a nightstand or dresser.
- Dining areas or kitchens where a low-profile fixture is needed over a table or island.
- Powder rooms and bathrooms (damp-rated) for a stylish, moisture-resistant lighting solution.
- Transitional and modern interiors seeking a classic yet contemporary accent.
Not ideal for
- Large open rooms needing bright, task-oriented lighting - this fixture provides ambient glow, not high-intensity illumination.
- Sloped ceilings - this fixture is not sloped ceiling adaptable.
- Outdoor uncovered areas - rated for damp locations only, not wet locations.
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer, but it accepts a 100W incandescent bulb (or equivalent LED, fluorescent, or halogen). This typically provides enough light for accent or ambient purposes, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb used. With a standard incandescent bulb, expect a warm, golden glow. For a cooler, more modern feel, use an LED bulb with a higher Kelvin rating. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 6.25"(L) x 6.25"(W) x 12.25"(H). The compact size makes it suitable for smaller spaces or low ceilings. The canopy is 4.88" in diameter, and the fixture weighs just 2.7 lbs.
