Best for
- Kitchen islands, hung in a row for task lighting over a 6-8 ft island
- Dining rooms, providing ambient light over a table for 4-6 people
- Farmhouse-style living rooms and great rooms
- Entryways and foyers, adding a rustic welcome
- Covered patios or porches, thanks to its damp location rating
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, as it is damp-rated but not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 38-inch hanging length
How bright is it?
This fixture uses one 100W bulb (not included) and produces about 1600 lumens, similar to a traditional 100W incandescent. It's bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or ambient light in a dining room, but not a primary light for a large living room.

The natural fiber shade diffuses the light, creating a warm, inviting glow. It is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood. The antique copper finish adds a rustic, earthy tone to the space.
