It can be mounted with the shades pointing up or down, and it's rated for damp locations, making it a versatile and durable choice for bathrooms.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a 36-48 inch vanity, mounted horizontally above the mirror
- Powder rooms and guest bathrooms seeking a modern, clean look
- Spaces styled in industrial, farmhouse, or transitional decor
- Damp-rated areas like bathrooms with ventilation, as it's rated for damp locations
- Homeowners who prefer to choose their own bulbs (bulbs not included)
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas exposed to rain or direct water spray - this is rated for damp, not wet, locations
- Spaces with very low ceilings if you need a flush mount - this fixture extends 8 inches from the wall
- Those who want a fixture with bulbs included - you'll need to purchase compatible bulbs separately
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture is rated for up to 100 watts per socket, so with four sockets you can achieve up to 400 watts total. For reference, four 60W incandescent bulbs would provide about 3200 lumens, similar to a 200W incandescent. LED or CFL bulbs can provide similar brightness with less energy.
Light color and feel
The light color and feel depend on the bulbs you select. For a warm, cozy ambiance, choose bulbs with a color temperature around 2700K-3000K. For a cooler, more energizing light, opt for 3500K-4000K. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to suit your mood.
Sizing and fit
This vanity light measures 34 inches wide, 9.63 inches high, and extends 8 inches from the wall. It's designed for horizontal mounting above a bathroom mirror or vanity. The backplate is 4.5 inches square, and the fixture weighs 7.7 lbs. Ensure your wall can support the weight and that the width fits your vanity space.
