An 8-inch bell-shaped wall sconce with a brushed brass frame and gloss white glass shade, ideal for bathrooms, vanities, and hallways.
The Lawton Bell collection is a modern update to the timeless Newton design, featuring a sleek glass holder collar and refined details. The bell-shaped shade and brushed brass finish bring an industrial-farmhouse aesthetic to contemporary spaces. This sconce can be mounted up or down, offering flexibility in placement.
Best for
- Bathrooms, flanking a mirror above a single or double vanity
- Powder rooms, adding ambient light and style
- Hallways and entryways, providing accent lighting
- Bedrooms, as reading sconces beside the bed
- Living rooms, highlighting architectural features
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas without cover - this fixture is rated for damp locations, not wet locations
- Spaces with very low ceilings if you need a flush mount - this sconce extends 8 inches from the wall
How bright is it?
This sconce accepts one 100W incandescent bulb (not included). With a standard 100W bulb, it produces about 1600 lumens - sufficient for task lighting at a vanity or ambient accent. LED bulbs can provide similar brightness with less energy.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The gloss white glass shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare and flattering the brushed brass finish. This fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 8 inches long, 7 inches wide, and 9 inches high, with an 8-inch extension from the wall. The backplate is 4.5 inches in diameter. This sconce works well in rooms with standard 8-foot ceilings and can be mounted up or down.
