A 12-inch flush mount ceiling light from the Crown Point collection, finished in satin nickel with light smoke deco swirl glass, for hallways and bedrooms.
The Crown Point collection takes an industrial approach to modern sophistication. This flush mount features a globe-shaped light smoke deco swirl glass shade that adds a vintage, hand-blown character. The satin nickel frame and intricate knurling detail on the sockets, canopy, and finials complete the restoration-style look.
Best for
- Hallways and corridors with 8-ft ceilings, providing ambient light without taking up visual space
- Bedrooms, mounted as a primary ceiling light in rooms up to 10x10 ft
- Entryways and foyers, adding a touch of industrial elegance
- Dining areas, as a low-profile light over a table
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for damp locations, so it can handle humidity but not direct water exposure
- Spaces with sloped ceilings - this flush mount is not sloped ceiling compatible
- Large rooms over 12x12 ft where you need bright, widespread illumination
How bright is it?
This fixture uses one 100W incandescent bulb (not included) and is compatible with LED, fluorescent, and halogen bulbs. Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose; with a 100W incandescent, you can expect about 1600 lumens, similar to a bright reading light. For a softer glow, use a lower-wattage LED.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you install. For a warm, cozy feel, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The light smoke deco swirl glass diffuses light, creating a soft, ambient glow with a vintage character. This fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to suit your mood.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 12 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 9.63 inches high. The shade is 12 inches in diameter and 10.38 inches high. This flush mount is designed for standard 8-ft ceilings and works well in smaller rooms. It is not sloped ceiling compatible.
