A 12-inch single-light pendant from the Crown Point Collection, finished in matte black with a hand-blown light smoke deco swirl glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Crown Point Collection brings an industrial edge to modern sophistication. This pendant features a cylindrical glass shade set in an updated restoration-style frame, with intricate knurling detail on the socket, canopy, and finials. The matte black finish and smoky glass create a vintage yet contemporary look that complements a range of interiors.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in a row for task and ambient light
- Dining rooms, centered over a table for a warm, inviting glow
- Entryways and stairwells, adding a statement piece with adjustable height
- Living rooms and reading nooks, providing focused light over a side table or desk
- Covered patios and sunrooms, thanks to its damp-rated construction
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full 120-inch cord length
- Areas requiring bright, task-level illumination - this is a single 100W fixture, better for ambient or accent light
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer, but it accepts a single 100W incandescent bulb (not included). For reference, a 100W incandescent produces about 1600 lumens, similar to a 15W LED, which is bright enough for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, select a 2700K-3000K bulb. The hand-blown smoke glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. This fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to suit the mood.
Sizing and fit
This pendant measures 12 inches in diameter and 11.75 inches in height, with an adjustable cord length up to 120 inches. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter. It works well over kitchen islands, dining tables, and in entryways with standard or sloped ceilings.
