A single-light mini pendant with a hand-blown fluted glass shade, finished in antique copper, for kitchen islands, dining rooms, and entryways.
The Chelsea pendant brings timeless sophistication to your space with its delicate, fluted glass shade that casts a soft, ambient glow. The graceful curves of the glass blend classic style with contemporary appeal, making it a versatile choice for various decor themes. Its antique copper finish adds warmth, while the clear deco swirl glass provides visual interest.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in multiples for task lighting over a 6-8 ft counter
- Dining rooms, centered above a table for intimate ambient light
- Entryways and foyers, adding a welcoming glow
- Living rooms and reading nooks, as a decorative accent
- Covered patios and sunrooms, thanks to its damp-rated construction
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, as it is rated for damp locations only, not wet
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft, as the minimum hanging height is about 24 inches
- Primary room lighting in large open areas, as a single 100W bulb may not provide sufficient brightness
How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W bulb, this pendant can produce up to about 1600 lumens (if using a 100W incandescent), which is similar to a traditional 100W bulb. This is suitable for ambient and accent lighting, but for task lighting you may want to use multiple pendants or a higher-lumen LED bulb.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the light level. The clear glass shade works with any bulb color temperature; for a warm, inviting glow, choose a 2700K-3000K bulb. The fluted glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a cozy atmosphere.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 8 inches wide and 20 inches high, with an adjustable hanging height from about 24 to 141 inches thanks to the 120-inch cord. The canopy is 4.88 inches in diameter. It is sloped ceiling compatible, making it versatile for various ceiling types.
