A 25-inch three-light semi-flush mount with a matte black metal frame and slate hand-blown glass shades, ideal for kitchens, dining rooms, and entryways.
The Brookhaven Flute brings a dynamic bell-shaped silhouette to your ceiling, blending industrial and transitional styles with ease. Its matte black finish and slate glass shades create a sophisticated, moody look that complements modern and vintage décor. Hand-blown glass and a heavy cast canopy add a quality feel, while the damp-rated construction allows use in bathrooms and covered patios.
Best for
- Kitchens and dining rooms, mounted over a table or island for ambient light
- Entryways and hallways, providing a welcoming glow
- Bathrooms and covered patios, thanks to its damp-rated construction
- Bedrooms and living rooms with 8-foot or higher ceilings
- Spaces needing a stylish, low-profile light that doesn't hang low
Not ideal for
- Sloped ceilings - this fixture is not sloped ceiling adaptable
- Spaces requiring a very bright, task-focused light - it's best for ambient illumination
- Outdoor areas exposed to direct rain - damp-rated, not wet-rated
How bright is it?
With three sockets rated for up to 100W each, the total brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. Using three 60W incandescent bulbs, you'll get about 2,700 lumens - similar to a bright living room light. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage or dimmable LED bulbs.
Light color and feel
The slate glass shades diffuse the light, giving it a soft, neutral tone that works well with cool and warm interiors. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the mood from bright and lively to soft and intimate. For best results, use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer.
Sizing and fit
This semi-flush mount measures 24.5 inches wide and 16.88 inches high, making it a good fit for rooms with standard 8-foot ceilings. The canopy is 4.88 inches in diameter and sits flush against the ceiling, so it won't intrude on headroom. It's ideal for spaces at least 10 feet by 10 feet.
