A 7-inch semi-flush mount ceiling light with a bell-shaped opal glass shade, finished in satin gold - ideal for hallways, bedrooms, and other spaces with lower ceilings.
The Brookhaven Flute brings a dynamic, hand-blown glass silhouette to your ceiling. Its satin gold metal canopy and opal glass shade blend industrial and transitional styles, making it a versatile choice for a variety of décors. The fixture is damp-rated, so it can handle humid environments like bathrooms.
Best for
- Hallways and entryways with 8-foot ceilings, providing ambient light without taking up visual space
- Bedrooms, mounted above the bed or in a sitting area for a soft, warm glow
- Bathrooms with adequate clearance, thanks to its damp-rated construction
- Dining rooms or kitchens where a compact, stylish light is needed
- Transitional or industrial-inspired interiors that appreciate hand-blown glass details
Not ideal for
- Spaces with sloped ceilings - this fixture is not sloped ceiling adaptable
- Areas requiring bright, task-oriented lighting - this is an ambient fixture
- Outdoor uncovered areas - it is rated for damp locations, not wet locations
How bright is it?
This fixture uses one 100W incandescent bulb (not included) and is compatible with LED, fluorescent, and halogen bulbs. With a standard 100W incandescent, you can expect around 1600 lumens - bright enough for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room, but not for task lighting.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The opal glass shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare and creating a soft, inviting atmosphere.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 7 inches in diameter and 16.5 inches in height, making it a compact choice for rooms with 8-foot ceilings. The canopy is 4.88 inches in diameter. It is designed for flush mounting and is not adaptable for sloped ceilings.
