Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. It uses three medium-base (E26) bulbs, each up to 60W incandescent equivalent (or LED/CFL equivalent). With three 60W bulbs, total output can reach around 2400 lumens - enough to illuminate a kitchen island or dining table effectively. Bulbs are not included.
