A 6-inch semi-flush mount light with a teardrop sapphire blue glass shade, finished in antique brass, ideal for bedrooms and hallways.
The Brookhaven Almond collection brings a dynamic, hand-blown glass teardrop that adds a touch of industrial-modern style to any space. The antique brass metal frame and sapphire blue glass shade create a striking contrast, making it a versatile choice for various decor themes.
Best for
- Bedrooms with 8-10 ft ceilings, mounted as a central light source
- Hallways and entryways needing a compact, stylish fixture
- Dining nooks or breakfast areas with limited ceiling height
- Transitional and industrial-inspired interiors
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, despite damp rating, as the glass shade may show water spots
- Spaces with sloped ceilings, as this fixture is not sloped ceiling adaptable
- Large rooms over 12x12 ft, as a single 100W bulb may not provide sufficient light
How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this fixture can emit up to 1600 lumens, similar to a traditional 100W bulb. This is suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms, but not as a primary task light.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the light level. With a compatible LED bulb, you can achieve a warm white (2700K-3000K) glow that flatters skin tones and wood finishes. The sapphire blue glass adds a subtle color cast to the light.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 6 inches wide, 6 inches deep, and 14.5 inches high, with a 4.88-inch canopy. It fits well in spaces with standard 8-foot ceilings, providing ample clearance.
