A 1-light wall sconce with a teardrop slate glass shade and antique copper finish, perfect for adding warm accent lighting to bedrooms, hallways, and living spaces.
Part of the Brookhaven Almond collection, this sconce features hand-blown glass with an elegant ombre gradient that transitions from rich tones to soft hues. The antique copper metal frame and rectangular backplate give it an industrial yet transitional look, making it a versatile addition to modern or contemporary interiors.
Best for
- Bedrooms, mounted as a reading light beside the bed or above nightstands
- Hallways and corridors, providing ambient accent light
- Living rooms, flanking a fireplace or media console
- Entryways, adding a warm welcome
- Dining areas, creating a cozy atmosphere
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is damp-rated but not wet-rated
- Outdoor uncovered areas - not rated for wet locations
- Spaces where you need bright task lighting - this is an accent fixture
How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this sconce can produce up to about 1600 lumens, similar to a traditional 100W bulb. However, using a lower-wattage LED or dimming can create a softer ambient glow. Ideal for accent or ambient lighting, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, use a 2700K-3000K bulb. The slate glass shade softens and diffuses the light, creating a gentle, inviting atmosphere. This fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
This sconce measures 8 inches wide, 7 inches deep, and 11 inches high, with a 7.5-inch extension from the wall. It suits most wall spaces and works well in rooms with standard 8-foot ceilings. The rectangular backplate is 4.5 inches wide and 6.25 inches high.
