A single-light wall sconce with a matte black finish and amber teardrop glass, ideal for adding warm accent lighting to hallways and bedrooms.
The Brookhaven Almond collection features elegant ombre gradient glass in artisan-crafted shapes, creating a striking interplay of color and light. This sconce's teardrop shade transitions from rich amber to soft hues, adding sophistication and depth to modern or contemporary spaces. The hand-blown glass and metal construction ensure a unique, high-quality piece.
Best for
- Hallways and corridors, mounted at eye level to create a warm, inviting path
- Bedrooms as a reading light beside the bed or above a nightstand
- Living rooms to highlight architectural features or artwork
- Damp locations such as bathrooms with ventilation
- Pairing with dimmer switches for adjustable ambiance
Not ideal for
- Large rooms requiring bright, primary lighting - this sconce provides accent illumination
- Outdoor areas without proper cover, as it is rated for damp locations only
- Spaces with very low ceilings if you prefer a flush mount, as this extends 7.5 inches from the wall
How bright is it?
With a single 100-watt maximum socket (bulb not included), the brightness depends on the bulb you choose. Using a 60W equivalent LED bulb, you can expect around 800 lumens, similar to a 60W incandescent. This is ideal for accent or ambient lighting, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
The amber glass casts a warm, golden glow that flatters skin tones and adds a cozy atmosphere. The color temperature will depend on the bulb - warm white (2700K-3000K) enhances the amber tones beautifully. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
