A 48-inch, 4-light island light with a champagne bronze finish and mercury glass shades, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Bridal Veil collection brings a dynamic, industrial-modern look to your home. The sleek metal frame in champagne bronze is paired with hand-blown mercury glass bell shades, creating a vintage yet contemporary feel. This island light is designed to fit seamlessly into a variety of decor styles, from restoration-vintage to transitional.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 6-8 feet long, providing ample task and ambient light
- Dining rooms with a table that seats 6-8, hung 30-36 inches above the tabletop
- Open-concept living areas where a statement light is needed
- Covered patios or sunrooms, as it is damp-rated
- Homes with sloped or vaulted ceilings, thanks to the included 90-degree swivel
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, as it is damp-rated but not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet, as the minimum hanging height is about 17 inches
- Areas where you need a dimmable light with a specific color temperature, as bulbs are not included and color temp depends on the bulb
How bright is it?
With four sockets rated for up to 100W each, the total brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. Using four 60W incandescent bulbs would produce about 3,200 lumens - enough to light a large kitchen island or dining area. For a softer glow, use dimmable LED bulbs.
Light color and feel
The light color is determined by the bulbs you install. The mercury glass shades diffuse light, creating a soft, ambient glow. If you choose warm white (2700K-3000K) bulbs, the light will feel cozy and inviting, complementing the champagne bronze finish.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 47.75 inches wide, 5 inches deep, and 10 inches high. The hanging height is adjustable from 16.88 to 40.88 inches using the included stems. It is designed for sloped ceilings and includes a 90-degree swivel.
