A 5-inch semi-flush mount with a smoke glass bell shade, finished in polished nickel - a versatile industrial light for hallways, bedrooms, and dining areas.
The Bridal Veil collection offers a dynamic design that fits seamlessly into most décor styles. The polished nickel metal frame is paired with a hand-blown smoke glass bell shade, creating a sleek, contemporary look with a vintage twist. This fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered porches and bathrooms.
Best for
- Hallways and corridors with 8-ft ceilings, providing a warm ambient glow
- Bedrooms as a low-profile ceiling light, especially in smaller rooms or closets
- Entryways and foyers, mounted at standard ceiling height
- Dining areas or breakfast nooks, adding a touch of elegance
- Bathrooms with adequate clearance, as a vanity or general light
Not ideal for
- Large open-plan living areas that need bright, primary illumination - this is a compact accent light
- Spaces with ceilings under 7 ft, as the 10.5-inch height may feel intrusive
- Outdoor areas exposed to direct rain or moisture - damp-rated, not wet-rated
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer, but the fixture is rated for a single 100W incandescent bulb (not included). This typically produces around 1600 lumens, similar to a 100W incandescent - suitable for ambient lighting in small to medium rooms.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, select a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The smoke glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a moody, atmospheric glow that flatters modern and transitional interiors.
Sizing and fit
This semi-flush mount measures 5 inches in diameter and 10.5 inches in height, with a 4.88-inch canopy. It fits well in small to medium rooms with standard 8-ft ceilings. The compact profile keeps it close to the ceiling, making it ideal for low-clearance areas.
