A 5-inch semi-flush mount with a mercury glass bell shade, perfect for hallways, entryways, and bedrooms where you want a compact, stylish light.
The Bridal Veil collection features a sleek design that fits seamlessly into most decor styles. The mercury glass shade offers a beautiful reflective quality, while the black antique brass finish adds a vintage-industrial touch. This fixture is a dynamic choice for homes seeking a blend of form and function.
Best for
- Hallways and corridors with 8-foot ceilings, providing ambient light
- Entryways and foyers, mounted flush to the ceiling for a clean look
- Bedrooms as a primary light source, especially in rooms up to 8x10 feet
- Dining areas and kitchens where a low-profile fixture is preferred
- Stairwells and landings with limited headroom
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is damp-rated but not wet-rated, so it should not be installed in areas directly sprayed by water
- Outdoor uncovered areas - not rated for wet locations
- Sloped ceilings - not adaptable
- Spaces where you need bright task lighting - this is an ambient fixture
How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this fixture can produce up to 1600 lumens - comparable to a traditional 100W bulb. For a softer glow, use a 60W equivalent LED bulb (about 800 lumens). This is ideal for ambient lighting, not for task-oriented spaces.
Light color and feel
The mercury glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a warm, flattering glow. For a classic feel, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs, allowing you to adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
This semi-flush mount measures 5 inches in diameter and 10.5 inches in height, with a 4.88-inch canopy. It's compact enough for low ceilings and small spaces. The fixture is hardwired and requires partial assembly.
