A 48-inch, 4-light island light with brushed brass finish and amber glass globes, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Brookhaven Globe collection brings a dynamic, industrial-modern look to your home. Its sleek design and versatile finish options make it an easy choice for various decor styles. The hand-blown amber glass globes add warmth, while the brushed brass metal frame provides durability and style.
Best for
- Kitchen islands measuring 6-8 feet long, hung 30-36 inches above the counter
- Dining rooms with a table 48 inches or longer, providing ambient light
- Open-concept living areas where a statement light is needed
- Vaulted or sloped ceilings, thanks to the included 90-degree swivel
- Homes with industrial, modern, or transitional decor
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full 30-inch hanging length
- Rooms where you prefer a single, focused light source rather than ambient illumination
How bright is it?
With four 100-watt maximum sockets, you can achieve up to 1600 lumens per bulb (if using 100W incandescent), making this a bright, functional light for task areas like kitchen islands. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage LED bulbs.
Light color and feel
The amber glass shades create a warm, golden glow that flatters wood tones and brass finishes. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood from bright task lighting to a soft ambient glow. Use a standard dimmer switch for best results.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 48 inches wide, 7.88 inches deep, and 11.8 inches high. With the included stems, the hanging height can be adjusted from 14.75 to 38.75 inches, making it suitable for most ceiling heights. The canopy is 6.25 inches wide and 4.5 inches deep.
