Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With six medium-base sockets, you can install up to 60W incandescent equivalent per bulb (or LED equivalent). Using 60W incandescent bulbs, total output is approximately 4800 lumens - enough to light a 12x14 ft dining room as the primary source. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage or dimmable bulbs with a compatible dimmer switch.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shades showcase the bulbs, so the light color is determined by your bulb choice. For a warm, inviting atmosphere, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The open cone shades direct light both downward and outward, creating a balanced ambient light with some visual interest from the exposed filaments.
